The United Arab Emirates is hosting the 28th edition of the United Nations Conference of the Parties (COP) for Climate Change at the Expo City Dubai between 30 November and 12 December 2023. The event will comprise of several zones including a Blue Zone and a Green Zone. 

 

The Blue Zone, an UNFCCC managed area that will be accessed by accredited parties, is where formal negotiations will be held, where the World Climate Action Summit will take place, and where country pavilions and hundreds of panel discussions, round tables, and cultural events will be accessible.  The Green Zone, will be open to all guests including those of the  Blue Zone and the general public.
